Did you know that over 60% of Americans consume coffee on a regular basis? As a self-proclaimed coffee addict, this statistic does not surprise me at all. Let me tell you, I find it very difficult to trust anyone who says they don't drink coffee... they must be some type of sociopath. Anyways, here are just a few of the benefits of coffee.

20-60% decreased risk of developing type II Diabetes

Coffee can help you burn fat by raising your metabolic rate by 3-11%.

Coffee drinkers have a 65% less chance of developing Alzheimer's disease.

Coffee drinkers are less depressed.

Coffee protects the liver. Those who drinks 4 or more cups of coffee daily have up to 40% less chance of developing liver cancer and 80% of developing cirrhosis.
